Our Rainbow Breakfast Club returns next Saturday! This group is for parents and caregivers of children 0 - 12 in Rainbow families. Bring your kiddo(s) along so they can play while you enjoy some coffee and conversation. Want more info? ourspectrum.com/events

If you're a newcomer to Canada who is also a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community, we'd love to have you for our Rainbow Newcomers Connect! This group is for you to connect with community, but also learn more about others' experiences and the community itself. See you next Sunday!

What a great way to start the month! Next Sunday, March 1, Spectrum on the Spectrum is back. If you're someone who has Autism and is a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, this space is for you to show up and be yourself. Presented in partnership with Waterloo Region Family Services.

BRIQ House is back next week! This group is for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks who are Black, Indigenous, and/or Racialized. If you're looking for a place to find community, come visit us on Saturday. See you next week!

Our Young Adults group is meeting next Thursday, February 26 at Spectrum! If you're looking for a more relaxed space than a peer support group to meet new folks around your age, this space is perfect for you. See you next week!

Next week on February 25 is our Aro & Ace Space! If you're someone with an identity anywhere within the aro and/or ace spectrums, we'd love to see you at this group. Stop by and find community!

Due to worsening conditions, some programs for Spectrum tonight (Wednesday, February 18) are cancelled. Cambridge Trans Group, Spectrum Arts, and Spectrum Prime are cancelled.
