The average ability to read is about a grade 6 level , which is why most newspapers and magazines write at that level. This has been known for *quite* some time Which makes the current cuts to education laughable.

I've pretty much taken FB off, and look at Messenger once a day (my family uses it). It's amazing the number of companies that are rolling over with their tails tucked up and peeing their selves to fall into line with his policies. Can you say shades of Hitler? I sure can.

The app Libby pairs with your local library, and you can read/listen to audio books in the app or send the books to your e-reader. Libraries are an amazing tool, and we should, as a collective society, patronize them obsessively during these 4 years because the alt-right is attacking education.
