Wasn’t the intent of DEI to hire minority employees… not because they are minority but to ensure that qualified minorities are not overlooked in favor of unqualified parties?

So the scaling back of DEI would essentially be bringing the hiring practices back to a “good ole boys club” vibe?

I did start my post with “if”. But I appreciate the article helping to better inform what is going on…

If this is the case then take the money sent for federal taxes and divert it to an equitable fund/budget that can be used to fill in programs/areas typically funded by the federal government…

What would happen if parties fired via DOGE and / or the Trump administration just flat out refused and didn’t leave? Particularly those who were placed there for a term, etc?

Conclusion:

People that voted for Trump in all three instances that he ran for president… that’s three strikes.

Question their character, intelligence, regardless if they “see the light” after the third time… still three strikes.

Note I specifically said TRUMP and not Republicans as a whole…

Apparently if this whole birthright citizenship shenanigans passed in 1980, myself and a “boatload” of my cousins would be “illegal” as our parents were not citizens until late-1980s.
