Hi, friends. If you’re still following me on the bird app, this won’t be news, but my relationship of nine years ended about three weeks ago. Some days are better than others, today has been particularly hard. But Alfie had been my shadow for the last few weeks and I’m very grateful.

I’m currently getting sooo much injectables/fillers/plastic surgery content on my insta reels and it’s honestly damaging lmao. I very much think people should do whatever the hell they want to their bodies, but it’s giving me face/body dysmorphia.

Starting smaller is a good tip. I’m bad at keeping track of things daily, but the star is a great idea!!

About 64oz, which I realize is nothing crazy, I’m just not thirsty beyond my normal ~40oz or so. I ultimately would like to be drinking even more than that, but I’m starting small.

It’s so hard!! A friend just told me she drinks about 100oz a day, I cannot even imagine! I’m really just aiming for 2L and I’m nowhere near it most days.

I like plain water just fine and don’t want to gunk up my water bottle, so I don’t feel like I need to add flavors or anything like that. I’m just not thirsty beyond what I already drink so I don’t reach for my bottle!

Has anyone successfully tricked themselves into drinking more water? I’ve been advised to drink ~20oz more per day and I already feel like I drink so much. I sometimes reach my goal on days I go to the gym, but that’s only 4 days a week.
