Actually scratch part of that wording it’s more ‘feeling it less’ in a good way on it, which becomes rougher off it

In a similar boat here, I can remember to take ‘em but I struggle with a consistent time other than ‘after I have food’, closest to addictive is rougher off it than on it over time
