No one will respect your people if you don't have your people's backs.

I used to dislike the way Koreans came off to me as very insular with a very clear line on who is in-group and who is not, but then I saw the way liberal Korean-Americans like to air out their dirty laundry to non-Korean friends, and now I respect the way Korean Koreans are.

History moves so fast that it’s starting to lap itself. Tomorrow we will be nostalgic for today’s and yesterday's absurdity.

It's okay to be ignorant. It's not okay to be ignorant and pretend you're not and pull shit out of your ass.

I'll never dunk on anybody for being ignorant. It's impossible for all of us to know everything about everything. But have some fucking humility & integrity. Why is it that so many people like to speak on things they clearly don't understand? Real intelligence comes from knowing what you don't know.

Social media (Twitter/x, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Bluesky, Rumble, Reddit, Twitch... et al.) is dead. Attention as a form of currency is dead.

I'll never insult the intelligence of someone who simply doesn't know something, but I will call someone an idiot if that person clearly doesn't know what they're talking about but speaking with authority and certainty.

They're just as bad as each other but in different ways. Just because one side doesn't engage in overt racism doesn't mean they're not just as chauvinistic.

Why have leftists failed to defeat rightoids and vice versa? Because they're not meant to defeat each other. Even as they're fighting on the surface, they're meant to strengthen and defend each other.

Arguing over whether the western left or right is more reactionary is stupid. The assumption that liberals are closer to communists and conservatives are closer to fascists is a moot argument when they're two parts of a whole in the west.

The American "left" can be summarized as: freedom for me but not for thee (or anyone who is not "me" is automatically a "fascist").

The American right can be summarized as: accountability for thee but not for me (anyone who is not "me" is a "communist").

Rightists who bitched about cancel culture and uphold Charlie Kirk as a symbol of free speech are now engaging in the pitiful cancel culture they railed against, while leftoids are now bitching about getting fired as a consequence of their words.

As I said I've never heard or read Michael Tracey say Jeffrey Epstein is innocent. Did he say that today during his appearance at the press conference? If not then your comment is not germane.

Western leftism is an infantile ideology. Western rightism is an infantile reaction to said infantile ideology. What we have are two groups competing over who can be more infantile while the financial elites laugh to their banks.

I've never heard Michael Tracey say "Epstein is innocent". When did he say that?

The logic that says some/certain lives matter and others don't.

That says violence is justified if it serves the *right* empire.

That resistance must be criminalized, obedience rewarded.

That logic didn’t start in Tel Aviv.

It started in London, Paris and Washington D.C.

If Israel disappeared tomorrow, the U.S. would build it again.

Under a new name.

With a new flag.

On some other border of resistance.

Elections in liberal democracies, at most, shine a light on contradictions within the ruling class. As well as fault lines within society. They show us how various segments of society think and how they're manipulated by the ruling class. Nothing more, nothing less.

History is contradictions in motion. People who have fits and tantrums over elections don't realize how regardless of election results, those social contradictions continue to exist and continue to develop.

Are Americans more racist than most other peoples/nationalities in the world? I don't know. Perhaps it's just that there's more opportunities in America to be racist given the racial diversity.

Both serve the same that cannot function without permanent war.

Peace was never the goal.

Profit is.

Control is.

Narrative management is.

This is not a deviation. It is the policy. It is the doctrine.

One sells war and genocide quietly. The other does it loud.

But the result is the same.

Weapons to Ukraine.

Weapons to Israel.

Weapons to anyone who obeys.

Trump distracts. Biden deceives.

Trump talks peace, bombs Iran, and calls it strategy.

Biden arms apartheid, funds genocide, and calls it democracy.

The government is not done with Diddy. He won this battle but their war against him will continue. They don't give up easily. They went after John Gotti a few times before they finally got him. Same with R. Kelly. There's a reason they have a +90% conviction rating because they're relentless.

In fact, it's the ultimate form of delayed gratification. People chasing dopamine hits and instant gratification seldom have the discipline to create anything worthwhile or of value.

Nearly everything great and exciting you see created by someone or a group of people is the result of countless hours of tedious, boring, menial and repetitive work. Even creative shit. Making shit is rewarding when you have something you're proud of, but the process isn't "fun."
