what fishy said is true the result get treated like transparent material, what I meant was that we don't mess with alpha in the shader
I do hope that one day godot get to treat them as none transparent so we can stack them on top of each other

you set a tip and a base point and make a triangle between those two points and the ones before them
then slap a texture and you are done !
