That is something I agree with You. He may have another opinion tomorrow or next week. Nobody knows what he will do.

09.08.2025 16:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I tried to explain earlier that steering guidance made by owner is not public information even if the owner is a state.
We must wait a couple of months; then we know for sure what has happened and how much India has been buying Russian oil after that 25% extra tariff.
Just like my own words: that is the problem; Europe has not found the full war mode in military industry.
09.08.2025 15:40 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I agree. Now is the time to stand up against stupid peace initiatives.
09.08.2025 15:29 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Indian state refiners ..... paused Russian purchases in late July after pressure from U.S. President Donald Trump.

What exactly do You mean? I sent You a link which was my reference and which was based on Bloomberg's news.
09.08.2025 13:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Mr. Witkoff was in Russia. I have not notice never a positive outcome of those visit. Every single time Witkoff's messages from Putin have turned Trump's head into the wrong direction and demands of unfair peace are coming back to the table.
Maybe USA should send someone with balls to Russia? π
But they informed too, that they are doing changes in state owned companies buying policy. But we will see in a couple of months what was the truth in this case: were they buying as before or has there been changes.
09.08.2025 12:01 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I agree with You. Europe has not been active enough so that Ukraine could bypass Trump's action.
Trump should not be anywhere near the peace negotiations. π
I agree. This gives Putin a possibility to make Zelenskyi look bad because Ukraine can not accept Russia's demands. π
09.08.2025 08:04 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It's more than strange that Trump is having a peace meeting without Zelenskyi. Ukraine and EU should not accept that kind of negotiating tactics.
09.08.2025 08:02 β π 13 π 2 π¬ 2 π 0I guess some Russians start to demand Alaska back now. π
I think that Trump starts to accompany Putin's demands. I wrote already that Trump should stay out of the negotiations, but no: he is starting to mix things to a worse direction once again.
Putin is just playing time and Trump. π

09.08.2025 07:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I hope Azerbaijan and Armenia understand that those guarantees are worth of a piece of paper.
Remember that Ukraine had them too and look what happened when Russia attacked: nothing. π
Yes we look at territory. But what is Your answer?
Don't bother; we all know it. it's TACO-time, again. π
You should have added "sarcasm warning" in Your message. ππ
09.08.2025 05:31 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I'm sure her colleagues in CIA will be very delighted of this "honor". π
09.08.2025 05:28 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0How didn't we see that!! Wow!!! Who would have guessed it? π
09.08.2025 05:25 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0All Trump deserves is a kick to his ass. π
09.08.2025 05:23 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So, Friday is gone. Where are the new sanctions?
Ah, OK. Two weeks later. π

I guess he means that Crimea should belong to Ukraine and the bridge is the only thing Russia should keep. The it makes sense.
09.08.2025 05:16 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Nice shot! It seems to be often so that males are more colorful than females among the birds. I guess those protective colors are because of nesting.
For some reason that is not the case among humans. π
I have been as a board member in state owned big company. State can give unofficially "steering" advice (not public) to the board. If the board don't want to follow them, the state as the owner can call extra general meeting which makes the wanted decisions and dismisses the board if needed.
09.08.2025 05:06 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0We don't really know what kind of orders government might have given to those companies. It's also possible that companies have made their own decisions because of the situation. And yes, it's not yet permanent.
09.08.2025 04:57 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I'm pretty sure that state owned refineries do what the government tells them to do. I did not write anything about private companies.
08.08.2025 17:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0The first paragraph of that news translated:
India's state-owned oil refineries are temporarily reducing their purchases of Russian crude, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the companies' procurement plans.
Right; at least on places where they are too visible. π
