05.04.2025 13:36 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Being paralyzed is not just being unable to walk, so taking care of skin, kidneys, bladder lungs ie. everything π is essential. My PT has brought me to a level such that I am less of a burden and can do more on my own
05.04.2025 13:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0My best friendly suggestion is to take it day by day. Instead of making walking the number 1 priority concentrate on PT & rehabilitation to get stronger and up the quality of life for today.
