So I saw the guy that broke my heart for the first time in almost two weeks (he’s barely spoken to me at all since then) at the show on Friday night. Props to me for not spiralling until AFTER I got home.

Apparently heartbreak is listening to Johnny Sniper by Enter Shikari and crying on a bus before 7AM

The worst part of this for me is my fucking brain- I keep feeling like I’m unlovable- like I’ll never meet anyone. It’s fucking crushing and awful

He just messaged me to tell me he doesn’t want to see me anymore.

My best friend met the guy I’m seeing yesterday. He was worried she’d judge him but she messaged me afterwards to tell me how lovely he seems, how happy she is for me. It’s early days and we’re taking it so slowly but holy SHIT feelings rule

I went to his place yesterday and we watched Lake Mungo together, before he showed me a bunch of bands he thought I’d like while I just lay my head in his lap.

I don’t want to be sappy or weird but I’m fairly certain I’ve met the love of my life. I’ve been alone for about a decade and I randomly matched on hinge with someone who ran in the same groups as me 15 years ago, yet we never met.
We’ve hung out a couple times and I’m head over heels lol

My headphones died mid-commute and I’d like to say I don’t want to be a citizen of earth this early in the morning.
