I so wish I understand... whatever it is his books are about. I get flashes of great insight and then struggle to put the whole things together.

I had to sit through a 3 hour corporate session on "mindfulness" once that was as far from centering and meditative practice as anything I've ever done. ;)

To be historically accurate/pedantic, a lot of the things now canonically considered "Buddhism" started the same way (with whatever the age's version of "new age and psychotherapy" were at the time) and got soaked in.

Well, friends, it is that time, post-Valentine's-Day, for me to return to relative hibernation. I'll still throw a few bits out here and there. But the season is done. I love you all, some more than many.
