Read the Declaration | DORA The Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) recognizes the need to improve the ways in which the outputs of scholarly research are evaluated.

I hope the European Central Bank @ecb rethinks its point system for assessing research quality, which seems based on the journal in which the research is published and not on its own merits. This is at odds with the DORA recommendations endorsed by @ERC_Research and the Commission sfdora.org/read/
