So when either of my shoulders hurt i dont know if im screwed or my back muscles are on its usual round of screaming . Our school doc even had my hands checked for some genetic disorder 😭 ngl ts does sound genetic bc why are my connective tissues not connective tissueing

Literally earlier i thought i was having a heart attack my PR was going crazy i was panting like ???? And then some time later poof its gone ??? And now i have a bit of shoulder pain + chest tightness after taking a fucking walk
