Also got to see wild Southern Otters from a distance which was so cool. Ive seen them close up at zoos and aquariums many times but seeing them through binoculars while they are tangled up in kelp and grooming their fur?? ADORABLE.

Went on a roadtrip yesterday to celebrate my 30th this week and spent the day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. So cool. Best part was the Deep Sea tank. If you go early in the morning when they feed the sardines you get to see the awesome fish tornado

I think Dreamwork’s Abominable came out the same year? A lot of Yetis. Both are good movies. Abominable is more beautiful color wise? But Smallfoot is better overall and especially with the story if you want my opinion on animated Yeti movies i guess

Idk i just think its a good movie that got buried and may be hard to find on streaming? But it has good songs and if you can stand Janes Corden its worth a watch.

I think what its best known for is that song “Zendaya is Meechee” but the story is great imo. A movie that encourages its audience to question traditon and authority?? It encourages curiosity and empathy with people who you dont share a language?? WILD.

You know what i think is a great animated movie that deserves more love than it got? Warner Bro’s Smallfoot.
