Discord needs a tough lesson that, much like twitter, they are a lot more expendable than they realize.

I've bore witness to AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and Skype all dying away in favor of better options. Discord will be no different if they continue to screw their base over like this.

I hope people can become familiar with the concept of not putting all faith into a single service/platform again. It was ten years ago that Skype became inconvenient so people switched from using it. Even further back people manually opted to download and use other browsers than Internet Explorer.
