Would this idea fix the problems with the first amendment without infringing on the constitution? People can say anything they want. However, if they cannot provide credible, factual citations to back up their point, they have to begin each claim with a qualifier such as “I believe” or “In my opinion” Ie. “I believe migrants are poisoning the blood of our nation. “In my opinion windmills kill whales and cause cancer.” This WOULD LIMIT the uptake of lies.
