Trying to explain to someone that I’m depressed when they don’t understand how or why I’m depressed is really frustrating. I keep trying to tell them there’s no rhyme or reason—my brain just sucks but they’re not getting it.

It's incredible how certain people will ignore my texts for days but if I don't answer their texts within hours, they freak out. Love the double standard.
