Father Pfleger EVISCERATED Trump’s authoritarian threats to militarily invade Chicago, DIDN’T hold back, exposed Trump as the weak, scared bully—& reminded Americans that no strongman, no matter how loud or lawless, can stand against people of every faith, color & creed united for justice & truth.

Pfleger said: “Just as God destroyed the golden calf of our ancestors… he destroyed the golden calf of tyranny & fascism. You may control your incompetent cabinet… the pawns & weak-minded members of Congress… even the spineless Supreme Court Justices, but you DON’T control the God we serve!”

He said Trump’s divided America could never see: “It’s connecting Black & white, brown & yellow, Muslims, Christians & Jews, young & old. We’re coming together as an army of faith & we WON’T sit still & we WON’T sit down. We WILL rise up, stand up & speak up for the most vulnerable & those at risk.”

Pfleger didn’t just resist Trump—he united the country against him. With scripture in his mouth and steel in his voice, he proclaimed: “Your insanity and intimidation will NOT intimidate us or frighten us; rather, it’s stirred up our faith and it’s rallying us together like the valley of dry bones.”

Pfleger called out Trump’s illegal & un-American threats to deploy the National Guard against his own people. His voice thundered: “Your threats to invade Chicago…to declare war on the rights & freedoms of citizens by ordering masked men in unmarked cars & kidnapping people… WILL be challenged!”

From the very first words, Pfleger made it clear that Trump’s reign of fear would not go unchallenged: “The real criminal with 34 felonies is sitting behind a golden desk ordering chaos. Mr. Trump, you have met your match.” The crowd erupted, and Pfleger poured gasoline on the fire.

Trump just got dragged straight to church. At a massive “Faith Over Fear” rally in Chicago, Father Michael Pfleger, 1 of the city’s most courageous priests, grabbed a bullhorn & lit up the disgraced Trump with a sermon so blistering it could melt the fake gold off Trump’s tacky Oval Office decor.
