It is so funny, and it doesn’t matter which sport. Even if they’re running a race, the lane markings mean nothing. Hockey, soccer, t-ball, everything. I love watching the little amoebas.

Deepest sympathies Kelsey, I only met her a few times but I remember her smile! Quite a crew around town.

And a decent number of their fellow enlisted are not thrilled with the worst of these chuds - they’re often not great mates, and have lots of problematic issues that make them unlikable to those they serve with too.

Does anyone know cats that have regrets for something *they* did? I mean, I’m sure mine have regrets about ME but probably not themselves.

It’s a slog…as needed/wanted

I throw my recovery potting soil in a wheelbarrow in the fall. Spring, I add a bunch of compost, maybe some sheep manure (aged!) mix in some fresh potting or triple mix, and start the new season. Mom’s method, hasn’t gone wrong yet.

21 days is waaay! too much. Food hasn’t been terrible so far, and Robins keep us stocked for coffee. The elder would sleep okay but after a night without, the hallucinations start and at that point just have to wait for the body to force the sleep. Fast tests, no travel 👍🏻👍🏻

Well, still no clear answers on the elder’s health issues but they’d like more tests & prefer to not discharge. Which is okay with everyone but the elder, who hasn’t slept and is now getting sassy AND spicy. But easier to do the tests in hospital than as outpatient. We shall see how things go.

Gee, I bet there’s schools on US military bases. Shockingly, military bases include families & children.

Better question: what fucking country bombs another illegally (domestic and international law)? Including targeting schools & children? Hmmm?

We have moved out of the emergency and are now admitted into ward, the elder had some lunch and is sleeping. Have been told there’s no more testing to be done, but no sign of a doctor since yesterday so what’s going on and any plan is still a mystery.

And the elder was asleep, so.

I was basically sent home at 2 am as they have no idea when a bed will come open.

Gotta take the tiny wins. Not much else is great in an ER at midnight.
