Hearing a footstep not your own, you turned around
and there she was
staring at you with those huge eyes as you froze in fear

Rumors range from harmless, to devouring the town's pets...and children.

Despite it all, you doubted she even exists.
It's just a scary story, a product of townsfolk mad from boredom.

The mute monster of this once-quiet town,
the locals swear a striking resemblance to a girl who vanished into the forest years ago.
They say she's seen to have a large mushroom cap atop her head from time to time, dripping ink-like fluid.
