The properties will be listed for sale in the near future. We felt it important to share this news directly with you, as we value transparency and the trust of those who have supported this effort.

We are confident that the foundation laid will serve the next owner well, and we hope someone with a strong connection to the community will take this opportunity to create something meaningful in the space.

Due to a series of changing circumstances, we have made the decision not to move forward with development at this location. While this marks a shift in our original plans, we remain optimistic about the future of the beautiful property.
