I cried again today. The lyrics just got to me, and I couldn't control my emotions. But tomorrow will be better, for sure.(>﹏<)

It seems like I'm really afraid of socializing. I'm terrified of being talked about behind my back, because those words feel like stones thrown at me.

Yesterday, the oats I ordered arrived, but I realized I didn't have any milk. So, I bought powdered milk instead. I didn’t buy fresh milk because things in the fridge are easy to steal. For dinner last night, I went to a Halloween party and enjoyed some free pizza, so I ended up feeling quite full.🎃

I picked up a free can of spaghetti from the food bank today, but I'm not quite used to the taste of the tomatoes.

I only have two short papers left, which total about 10,000 words—so I can manage that.

I didn't choose the free counseling offered by the school because I feel they can’t understand the anxiety I have about my life being on hold due to my undergraduate school's reputation. I’ll just find my own way to cope with sleep.

I intended to seek text-based psychological counseling, but after paying, I entered the chat window and found that I couldn't send messages. The network kept loading, possibly because I'm abroad.

Coincidentally, I have to write a media law assignment this week. If it weren’t for this course, I would have forgotten how long it’s been since I actually followed the news.(╥﹏╥)

It’s 6:39 AM and I still can’t sleep. I’ve been in this state for two or three weeks now. Right now, I’m listening to ABC News Daily.

Waking up again in the middle of the night. Listening to music doesn’t seem to help.
