@carre.neocities.org heyo, is krita a good option for removing backgrounds from people/characters? i have some projects i'm working on and seeing which software to use for 'simple' background removal (other than just painting transparency around the character) is having me down a rabbit hole

it's not guilt or shame, mind you. it's mainly having to let people know that 'hey, you know that dude for a long time that hates his voice and gender identity? yeah, about that' and fearing the reaction. god knows i can't tell my family or they'll beat me to death with bibles (i wish that's a joke)

found I like mina but I can’t get any mileage out of her ult. I activate it and target enemies, but even with multiple stacks it’s like no damage comes through in the late game, even with spirit-boosting items. It’s most likely something I’m missing

my biggest hurdle right now in deadlock is learning timing to have a better economy; I’ve noticed I’m usually in the bottom two when it comes to souls, but even if I dip to go bust boxes or jungle, I’m still behind

had a thought about giving satisfactory another go, but then i remember the early game nightmare that is linking power lines and the bio-generator

scratch that: at -first- the ghosts try to ruin your photos, but you find out that they’re related to the people hiring you and want to have one last, perfect picture together with them before they can move on. Pokémon snap/investigative instead of ghost bustin’

been playing co-op matches in deadlock now that i watched/read a few guides, and i'm still not doing super great at it

had a shower game idea: pokemon snap/fatal frame-style game where you're a photographer hired to take photos at events and venues, but you moonlight as an exorcist since ghosts will try to photo-bomb and ruin your photos/score

trying to learn how to play deadlock but whoof. the how to play in-game is very much just the basics, so finding out how to traverse the map, what's in/around lanes and so on will either be studying on the side or learned over time
i REALLY dig the aesthetics and characters, though
