Right click the mode in object mode and choose Smooth Shading to make it, well, smoother

Hmm, trying to think. Detectives, and Bomb Squads. Detectives especially tend to be assigned to more specialized units, so there could be a wide spread of variants for that

Experimenting with body shapes a bit. I like seeing people do the huuuuuge hips and such, it's hard to get right but really good

Double check where the UV Maps are on the texture file. I'd assume what's happening is that those parts of the UV Map are on the same spot of the texture file, so drawing in one spot draws in all of them
If the Map goes over the edge it wraps around, be careful of that
