The good news: there is treatment. Nala is on antibiotics and fluids, but recovery means weeks of medication, repeated bloodwork, and close vet supervision. The estimated cost of her care is $1,200 😩

There is hope. Nala is on antibiotics and getting fluids, but recovery takes weeks. She needs repeat bloodwork, daily meds, and follow-ups to stay stable. Each test and visit keeps her alive. Our shelter can’t cover everything she needs community help.

This is Nala. She should be chasing butterflies and wagging her tail at strangers, but she’s at the vet fighting to survive. We pulled her from the street, thin and covered in ticks. Tests confirmed Ehrlichiosis. Nala is fighting for her life. 💔
