My other impulse is to recreate these "I SPENT A DAY IN" videos but make it about all the terrible sketch places.

As far as I can tell... it's sort of an interdimensional energy based STD. That once you've caught it can then be transfered by touch and fundamentally changes human dimension cells to ink based cells. And your form changes based vaguely on your personality and motivations .
