Atis, level 34, she/her, sexuality is questioning. Named Team Lens after Victor explained to her he once had glasses. (She related.) (He probably had to get used to not needing them, I like to think. When envisioning human Victor, think of the Super Nerd trainer class from Pokemon.) Formerly much more shy. Maternal streak, now. Mild guilt complex-- she knows she's no bug. In fact, she sought Victor out as a trapinch to protect her from other bugs, as is typical of her species. Wears a green aura bow, as well as a satchel on her waist. Manages inventory. Thinks Flygon Victor would be hot, too. Victor, level 35, he/him, sexuality is Bi. Former IT tech. Humble to a fault, due to self-esteem problems from his human life. Reborn as a Trapinch. (likely with full memory of his human life. "Reborn" probably isn't literal, but may as well be to him.) Thinks he and Atis are bugs. Likes the mobility of climbing like one, but not looking up at others while closer to the ground than them. Wished he changed his name, but doesn't mind now. (He was probably caught off guard when first asked.) "What the hell is a Flygon?" Their levels are freshly evolved, probably because they slowed down tremendously after whatever token calamity they stop + evolved thereafter. Now they have the capacity to think about other, less-dire things. Atis never liked to fight, anyway-- and Victor is usually reliant on item gimmicks, which his bag is used for.

between you and me i wanted atis to have guilt about masquerading as a bug type and regretting that she cant have victor’s eggs but then they do anyway because he’s also not a bug (IGNORING GAME DATA BECAUSE HE WAS ISEKAI’D AND I’M INSANE❤️)
