I think the worst part of all this mental stuff has been how random it can be. Like you can avoid triggers and eat better and stay healthy but yet it can just happen. You can do everything right and still, it can just happen.

The memory loss and disassociation can sometimes make real life and dreams feel similar.
This can result into "Oh wow theres a whole new room I never knew about. How cool!" or "I swear Ive walked through this door 3 times and keep ending up in the same room!"
I think i just need to draw some vent art and rest more.

I realized I never made a post publicly on Blu-Sky, but I've been dealing with Post-Concussion the last few months. Got hit in the head and been very forgetful/dizzy/confused and had a hard time talking. I get fatigued a lot easier now so I've been very inactive. Still have some memory issues.
