Homeland Security has been funneling our tax dollars into a scheme to demand subpoenas of any and all accounts tracking or commenting on ICE across google, meta, and other apps.

As early as October 2025, these expansion plans were underway. Currently, key states find themselves at the heart of these schemes:
Texas (9 leasing projects)
California (7 leasing projects)
New York City/New Jersey (3 locations)

Do you have friends who are immigrants and work in the legal #cannabis industry? Make sure they are aware that state legalization *does not* protect them from deportation by #ICE.

Over the weekend, ICE reported at least two active measles cases at the South Texas Family Detention Center (Dilley). The ICE facility, which jails parents with their children, including babies, has a well-documented record of abuse, including medical neglect.

San Antonio is one of the latest cities to allow ICE to purchase real estate for the function of creating more detention centers.

Again, this is FALSE. Administrative warrants are NOT signed by an immigration judge (or any judge at all). They are generated and signed by ICE officers themselves with no external oversight whatsoever.
