My work for today is essentially to listen to every Momodora soundtrack and vibe to it

4 hours into a randomizer run of DS1 and it's fun as hell trying to remember where every item is and improvising solutions on the fly

A special memory is me and Daku working together in our first clear. During Idyllic Dream, I was already pretty tired, and she did not only her part but also called out MY part as well. To this day she is the best "mechanics player" I've ever had the pleasure of partying with.

I still think about Lindwurm II (M12S P2) nearly every day. It's things like this that I play videogames for. Absolutely wild that it doesn't have any spotlight in the general videogame mainstream.

Lately I've been reflecting on the 5 years I spent as a static leader in ffxiv. Such an unappreciated position. Constantly babysitting people into preparing fights, asking them to be on time, reminding them of mitigations, and preparing the schedules. And not ever I've heard a "thank you"!
