It was absurd to think she hadn't been in tune with her region's specialties. "I know!" She shot up to a stand suddenly. Glee clear in her smile, she pointed her chopsticks down Asuka's way, unconsciously endeavoring to further push those thoughts of accursed family away. >

When they were seated at the homely, outdoor eatery, she took up her own ornate spoon, grinned at their specialized blend of strawberry and vanilla.

She was the first to scoop, but kept herself from indulging.

"Have you ever tasted a sundae before?">

When that little, rough nuzzle kissed against her fringe, she returned the favor with mirrored eagerness. It stung, but elicited little more than a giggle out of her.

"Sure thing!" What a spirited girl. She left Asuka grinning to herself, waving her arm at the back of the eager girl.

Well... this couldn't go bad... could it?

Sakura - er, Dragon May - twirled away from Asuka and kicked a leg high up, body at a practiced angle. "Keep shape, too! See you there!"

The promised date for a new disciple... It was exciting! Her heart was going kyun-kyun for a new friend!!!

The cutesy revelation fit the equally flowery bento Sakura found herself inspecting, chin cupped. "Then," she perked up, hovering that same hand just under the carefully offered meal. "How about we enjoy it together? We can catch up while we snack!"

"It's a plan! Hiya! Don't leave me hanging!" To say the grin on her face was ecstatic would be an understatement. Asuka was locked into the world of Dragon May now!

"Eh?! Really?! Oh...! Did I miss lunch hour again...?"

"Tsk, tsk." She wagged a finger. "To eat, we have to train for it first." She placed her hands at her hips, confident despite her continued nonsense.

"I'll see you there at~...?" The time was all Asuka to decide.

"It'd be faster that way, but..." She was happy to simply have a new, strong friend to make the 'perfect' movie with. It was better not to prod too much... For now.

"...how about Gokan?"

She had never been herself—student budget and all.

"Which school do you attend?" She rose that unsuspecting, extremely capable hand in both of her own. "I'll meet you there!"

Wow, she thought. This Kazama's grip was as strong as it was capable. A perfect fit.

"Are you free to meet me tomorrow, Kazama-san?" She immediately prodded, not yet pulling back.

"Yamanami Sakura!" She extended a cordial hand, absolutely beaming. She couldn't have known /why/ her terms were agreed to, but she was more than delighted! "Pleased to meet you!"

"Eh-hehehe. We can discuss that later!" She clasped her hands, eager to have a new theoretical punching bag.

"You're in, yeah?!"

Her eyes trailed off in a moment of brief pondering. She was quick to grin back at the seemingly unamused girl. "How about you be a stunt double extra, then?!"

She stumbled back a step, covering that warmed spot with both palms. "Why not?"

"EH?!?!?!" She swirled right back around, facing the immovable mountain in blue. "You don't like Kung Fu?!??!?!!?! Or good movies??!?!?"

The outright disdain gave her a most puppy-like, pout.

"But you'd be the perfect rival!"

She turned, threw a kick to the air facing away from the girl and continued on. "You can't turn down a chance like this!"

"If you want to apologize why not join my movie?" She spoke with absurd seriousness, and not without the biggest grin.
