But I am sad for the person thats left behind. I know I'm being hit with an abundance of emotions, and I know I'll work throught them myself, but I wish people would stop telling me who the deceased was to me, they forget I barely knew them.

As someone who's neurodivergent grief hits me differently, when my gran died i grieved for her in my own way. However the recent loss of someone who was barely in my life has helped the hatred I had for them fizzle away. I can't grieve for someone who I barely even knew +

I hate being neurodivergent because then I wouldn't have my awful brain throw RSD and whatever else it wants at me.
