So my advice: Take it a step at a time. Look back on the things with Marty that you love and associate with her.

I wish I had taken the steps to try and rekindle the love I had for at least one of my other sonas. Its hard to find that reconnection for sure.. but, there's nothing wrong with you taking a break and returning to them later. I know having trauma revolving around them doesnt help...
