I can see a big demand for these!

You'd feel better if you ate my latest batch of cornbread! Wanting to use up cornmeal and wheat flour, I followed the recipe on the side of the cornmeal container. Dad loves it. Definitely more of a corn cookie cake-ish square than bread. Very filling. Dad slathers it with maple syrup, which helps.

And a small mountain of parm cheese!
