London is officially the second-best city in the world, according to a prestigious new ranking We’ll take it.

The gulf between what London is actually like & how it is portrayed by terminally online, self-styled ‘patriots’ & their political heroes is absolutely incredible. I wonder how much it has to do with the city repeatedly electing a Muslim mayor…

No, I don't need a bloody copilot for this document, thank you.

Writing is, in no small part, a tool for thinking. If you outsource that element to a machine that cannot think, you shouldn't be surprised if, at the end of the process, neither you nor your reader are any the wiser.

If we are serious about growth, the EU cannot be sidelined | Praful Nargund Five years since the UK left the European Union, the director of the Good Growth Foundation argues that closer ties with our closest trading partner is more vital than ever

Are closer ties with the EU really an electoral minefield? Perhaps not, according to research by the @goodgrowthfdn.bsky.social. Good piece by Praful Nargund. www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

Questions put to Keir Starmer on Southport murders were ill-informed and fuelled conspiracy theories The rule of law matters - and this is why certain questions put to Sir Keir Starmer at the Downing Street press conference were ill-informed

“Ridiculous, ill-informed and fuelling conspiracy theories.” Yep, that’s much of Westminster’s political “journalism” these days. www.scotsman.com/news/politic...
