Questioning early onset Alzheimers?

Moved from rural coastal Monterey, California, small town life to the big city life at San Antonio, Texas. You will find me indoors hiding from the sun, pollen and speeding cars on the freeway.

I lock the car and walk to the valet.
She keeps hitting my car and tries to open the door.
When I reach the valet, I see a red SUV pull up and park next to me. The woman walks over and gets into the SUV.
They sit in the SUV without speaking,
waiting for the valet to remove the car blocking them.
She continued to swear under her breath, tugging the locked door handle, slapping the window hard, all while making eye contact. Did not respond to my question if she was the valet? I see the valet. I get out of the car and she continues to pull on the door and hit it and swearing.

Today I was greeted by a brunette, attempting to open the passenger door before I parked.
Questioning if she was a valet, revealed that she was now swearing, while pulling harder on the door handle and slapping the window and door hard. We made eye contact and she pulled harder and slapped harder.
Is the 3 wishes program your project?
You conceived it, planned it, and obtained funding for it and put it in action?
It a wonderful program.
If you are the one that developed it, you did an outstanding job.
Even if you are not, you should be proud of your role and accomplishments.
Why are you yelling at me?
He yelled some more.
I am exhausted, in pain, and tired of being yelled at by my parents.
I have no idea why he is angry at me?
He did that before dementia.
Yelled but did not explain why.
He seems to think, I can read his mind.
I can't but it appears to be empty.
When I hung up, my father yelled at me.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?
DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID?
I replied, her surgeon is the doctor that had her admitted.
I think he is cancelling her procedure and requesting a stress test and other things before surgery.
He told me keep him informed
I told the office staff that mom was released from the hospital today.
That the cardiologist reported she did not need any intervention her heart was fine.
I asked if he was still planning on performing surgery on her next week?
The staff member asked me to clarify a few things and I did.
I am in pain from walking all over the hospital.
I learned that the hospital does not send reports to my mother's doctor.
Despite the fact that he is the one that wanted her admitted and called the ER staff to arrange it.
I called his office when I got mom settled into her house.
She has no functional memory.
It is a 10 minute drive home.
She said, I don't know what you want me to do with your drink?
Again, I say, that is yours mom.
You brought it home from the hospital.
We did that for 30 minutes.
Then she said to herself walking to the kitchen, this is my cup from the hospital.
This is my water cup.
This is my water cup...
When she walked in she handed me the pitcher and I said, that's yours mom.
It is a nice big cup with a lid, pour spout, and straw.
I think you will find it handy.
Mom said, this is yours.
I reminded her it was hers from the hospital.
She went into the kitchen and came out and handed me her cup again
My mother's memory is 10 minutes.
When I picked her up from the hospital to take her home, she took home the little water pitcher/cup.
She drank from it at the hospital.
She sipped on it as we walked to the car.
She put it in the cupholder in the car.
When we got to her house,
she carried it inside
I didn't realize that!
I thought they were transferred out after 3 months.
I wonder where I got that idea?
Throughout history, there has been more than 2 genders.
Genetics can differ from phenotype.
You are the one that needs to go to school and learn that woman is a social construct with many different gender and genetic expressions. Your obsession with genitals and binary genetics is a problem.
I want to stock their freezer with frozen meals but mom is on a low sodium diet and prepared foods are high in salt.
They do not recognize they have a problem.
If they did, it would make it easier to get them to pop meals in the microwave.
It looks like, I am going to have to take over cooking for my parents.
They had rotting food in the fridge.
Dad could not recognize the meat had gone bad.
He yelled at me for throwing it out.
They are on a waiting list for meals on wheels.
We were told there is a year to 18 months for an opening
Months and months?
Or months and moths as autocorrect suggested....
I don't!
Please share.
My dad heard the cardiologist say, he saw no reason for mom to stay in the hospital but he does not discharge patients. He took that to mean mom was coming home tonight. He started packing up her stuff. I said, she isn't coming home tonight. He kept saying but the doctor said her heart is fine.

Her mom was raised Christian Scientist.
My mother's Grandparents or Great grandparents knew Mary Baker the founder of Christian Scientists.
Mom is telling me she wants to be like her grandma and take no meds see no doctors. Her grandma lived to be 105.
My mom was in better spirits today.
He wanted a med list.
No tests today due to no med list.
My mom takes zero medications.
Everyone asks and I say the same thing,
zero meds. Her heart issues are NOT due to medications.
She takes zero.
No history of heart meds.
I need to start reporting mom was raised Christian Scientist.
She was.
Went to visit my mom in the hospital.
Met with the cardiology consult.
He can't d/c mom.
Her hospitalist is not on the same page as the cardiologist and wants more tests.
Frustrating being she was there all day today and didn't see the cardiologist until 6pm.
Hospitalist waited for consult and me.
So add makes anesthesia nervous as a classification.

The cardiologist told me that my mother's heart rate is slow and anesthesiologists will get nervous but he does not put in pacemakers to ease the minds of anesthesiologists.
Basically warning me that her surgery will likely be cancelled or delayed until we find someone willing to take a chance...
I wish today's hospitalist had called me when he came to see mom this morning.
Instead he has tests pending a med list!
Great.
Glad my mom has many insurances because she is going to have a long stay at this rate.
My mother has said to everyone to talk to me.
She says, my daughter works in medicine she will know more than me.
Makes people think I am a doctor.
I am truthfully telling what my occupation was when asked.
I never claim to be an MD.
My mother forgets my job title.
She never says doctor.
No idea why the hospitalist did not call me?
I corrected everything to be in my name and number yesterday.
If they called my dad, he would not know.
He doesn't know his own meds.
I have told them not to contact him.
He gets very worried and can't hear on the phone.
He can't drive to the hospital.
Frustrated with being told the hospitalist is waiting for a med list before he orders more tests.
She takes zero medications.
I have reported that to each and every RN, MD, NP, PA, and Tech that has seen her.
Why don't they call her cardiologist and confirm that with his office?
My coworkers were impressed with the things I made for patients. Thought I bought them. Nope, I made them. Many from scratch from my own design.
