So I purchased a new stainless steel trash can.
A small 2 gallon one and it will not topple over.

It took me hours to talk my mom into taking a shower and washing her hair.

Everyone that is poor on or off of food stamps/SNAP knows how to budget. They know how money works. Toilet paper, dish soap, bodywash are all paid for in cash.
