E o mix depressão e ansiedade é uma merda porque eu tô morrendo de ansiedade sem forças pra levantar

Hoje é um dia que eu tô bem atolada na depressão me sentindo bem cansada, triste, inútil e sozinha e tudo o que acontece só me deixa mais cansada, triste, inútil e sozinha
