I can't believe that some of the UK media is still trying to say "The Supreme Court ruling isn't a victory for either side" when the cis supremacists are smoking cigars and popping champagne and we are attending mass protests. It's such a brazen lie

Basically, avoid travelling to or in the USA whilst trans, even with updated documents. You could end up in El Salvador *very* easily.

However, @erininthemorning.com has updated her legislative risk map to point out that as a whole, the USA is currently hostile to any & all trans travellers, even if you're just transiting through en route to another destination, so ESTA holders are likely to face more interrogation & searches.

Marco Rubio's State Dept has issued guidance that says visa applicants must list their birth sex on applications, and if their passports don't reflect that gender, Customs & Border Protection will deny entry. This is to "prevent trans athletes competing".

This has *not* currently extended to ESTAs.
