But Stede's definitely not, so there's no need to panic. No need to lose control, no need to spend the entire workday on WebMD explaining away every symptom he feels. He's FINE.

Alma had a nasty stomach bug a week or two ago, that's why he's sick. Best to just ignore it, and it'll go away
