it's funny how in Pocketful and even Hi-Evo, Anemone & Dominic's relationship is presented as a lot more positive and supportive compared to the messiness of the OG. Meanwhile, Renton & Eureka's becomes a lot more complicated in both 😂

Man was legit out there in the final episode lasering who knows how many Antibody Coralians just to reach Eureka while saying he'd bear that sin if it means being able to save the one he loved. The only difference in AO is that he was misguided and his son had to set him straight.

100%. A lot of the stuff people complain about Renton doing in AO is actually more proof of the lengths he'll go BECAUSE he loves his wife and child. There's a lot to their love than some give them credit for.

I mean, I was fine with AO focusing on other characters. Ao's friends are great, even if I do wish there was more with his parents. Think what I don't want more is another story about them falling in love. We've gotten that plenty, so let them be the role models/parental figures for a change

Yeah, moving ahead focusing on Iris is about the only route I see. Even that is slim, tho. I don't want them dragging Renton & Eureka back into things after they finally got their happy ending.
