It was a very good writing year for me, with my first fiction pub, the CBC prize longlist, etc. But I’m definitely most proud of Heliotropia, love poems intersecting with space and joy, a theme that feels the most “me”

I had to really think about what books I finished reading this year so maybe this is my drive to track my reads for 2025?

I read way more prose, and way more SFF than I have in recent years. I also juried for a couple of awards so the first half of 2024 reads is a blur of those books.
