Why am I sharing a photo of Donald Trump asleep during a presser? Because @jaketapper.bsky.social literally wrote a book about an aging Joe Biden and the media ignores what we all saw about Donald Trump.

Excessive force. PERIOD!

Kat is being federally charged by the FBI for protesting at Broadview.

This is a flagrant political prosecution by the Trump administration, which is trying to prevent free speech and free association.

I am proud of Kat. Her movement is being targeted by the government. She needs your support.

Too many bills? Utah lawmaker proposes a limit As a new lawmaker, Rep. Clint Okerlund was surprised to see just how many bills the Utah State Legislature considers in a 45-day session.

The real test is whether lawmakers are willing to apply this kind of restraint not just to bill counts but to their appetite for power grabs and culture-war legislation.

In a national press conference the Speaker of the House says "The President's poop video is not that big of a deal"...

Every day we hear sentences uttered from the current GOP that no one has ever said out loud in a public place.

Note it was an FBI agent who claimed to be assaulted and said β€œlibtard” but an ICE agent who started the attack on her for filming and lied about how it began. Also every federal agent is effectively an ICE agent now by virtue of the deputization

Sen. Gallego: Speaker Johnson is protecting pedophiles. The only reason Adelita Grijalva is not being sworn in is because he wants to protect whoever is in those files, whether it's Trump or his elite friends. Speaker Johnson is covering up for pedophiles, and Arizona does not have a congresswoman

A 13-year-old boy was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Everett after an interaction with members of the Everett Police Department and sent to a juvenile detention facility in Virginia, according to his mother and immigration lawyer Andrew Lattarulo.

The boy’s mother, Josiele Berto, was called to pick her son up from the Everett Police Department on Thursday, the day he was arrested. After waiting for about an hour and a half, she was told her son was taken by ICE, Berto told the Globe in a phone interview.

β€œMy world collapsed,” Berto said in Portuguese.

From the police department, the boy was taken to ICE’s holding facility in Burlington on Thursday evening, where he spent a night before being transferred by car to the Northwestern Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Winchester, Va., on Friday morning, his mother said. The juvenile facility is more than 500 miles away from Everett.

The boy is a 7th-grader at Albert N. Parlin School in Everett, his mother said. The teen and his family, who are Brazilian nationals, have a pending asylum case and are authorized to work legally in the United States, Lattarulo said.
