As I've been sweating lots, and excessive tiredness so I mentioned it too. The doctor said to make an appointment after the blood test.

My GP contacted me about the blood test in December was showing some abnormalities in liver and kidney function. Had recommended making another test. Made a blood test for the end of the month as I've been feeling unwell recently.

I've been resting, and feel much stronger now.

I keep having dreams where I’m taking up some martial arts, boxing or something. It must be another life.

A sign of: courage, emotional strength, improve oneself, and achieve my goals.

Lot of business seems like exploitation. Workers, clients. Using advertising to get whatever tat even if it’s not important. It just seems wrong to me. I don’t really understand it. I don’t think it’d improve my life or impact society.

Funny as a lot of people are actually business people.

I’m not really interested in business. Making money. Like if I can afford the essentials, treat myself I’m quite content and of joy.

Just seems very egotistical and selfish to me. I don’t really understand why business people just try get more and more. I don’t understand it. Seems unethical.

I thought I was over my cold, but sneezing and coughing today. Didn’t sleep very well as I kept twisting and turning last night.

Went last minute to the footy and met my brothers at the ground. Seen my dad, and staying overnight. Be myself soon again quickly, and that the illness wont linger on.

Hopefully we can build on from WBA result. Get something at Preston, even if it’s ugly and naughty. We’ve two big home games after against: Blackburn and Charlton. March is a big month, hopefully we can show some consistency and have positive results and performances. #OUFC

Saw my dad, and we went to the production of: ‘2:22 - A Ghost Story’ at New Theatre Ox.

Took part in the Run Tribe group run.

Started on Abingdon Road at the Slow and Steady which ran in a loop from: there, down Abingdon Road, Donnington Bridge, Iffley Road, High St, St Aldates, and back on Abingdon Road. Around 5KM. 🏃

Went to the Mill. Haven’t been for like eight months. Good to catch up with others.

I managed to get the steel ring back on. I had to stretch it with a screwdriver. Couldn’t do it with my hands.

Another job done. ✅

The steel ring from the laundry machine has came out. Bares water went everywhere.

Struggling to stretch the ring with my hands, very fiddly as the rubber, ring keeps moving. Might need clamps or something.

Had a good time in London.

Two shows in the west end, ‘All My Son’, ‘High Noon’ on Sunday and went to the North London Derby which was disappointing from a Spurs perspective.

Had some tasty vegetarian/ vegan food over the weekend at Govinda’s and Mildreds.
