Institutional sadism is the stuff of psychopathic regimes through history. It’s heartbreaking to me that so many people globally just don’t “get” how such things happen. It far transcends politics.

I just had an excruciating tooth infection, and I am so grateful for the antibiotics and painkillers that eased it away!

Antibiotics aren't even expensive. It would have been such an easy, simple life saving gesture.
