Could make people you like/Trust moderator. Or keep the chat off and only let it be a art and event server. But your name is a good brand, has no stain on it. You could make one and the server itself wouldnt allow harassment or anything. But I get you I wouldnt want to be in a leading role either.

You organize great events.Make your own discord with the other people who organize events.Keep it as Event/Art discord only. So people can share art and know whats up and done. Youre great
