We have an RFP with CA to provide non-congregate emergency housing. I reached out to flag that—thanks to the new #tariffs - pricing in our contract is now laughably unserious.
They said:
“Let us know ASAP how much the pricing would be changed and the components impacted.”

I build affordable housing in the US using SIPs we manufacture in Guangzhou. We literally have a shipment on the way to build units for a homeless community. I was just informed by our customs broker our duty rate is now 131.9%. I honestly don’t know what to do about this. #tariffs
