I am tired and run down from this week, but my ice time this morning was tiny tweaks that made a world of difference in my skating. I hope come Monday i can replicate both changes and start to lock in the technical element changes!

Awesome you could get it to work. I spent way too much time of my life trying to find doctors that understand an adult can be extremely active and what that means for the body. Other than i need to sit around and only walk gently for exercise. Some people this works. Others not.

I only have health insurance for emergencies. The majority of my healthcare i receive now from practitioners outside of the insurance industry. It is so freeing to have physicians and advocates for my health not for the profit of the industry.

Unless people drive more hybrids. Then the gas consumption doesn’t go up. It comes down from fully gas to hybrid cars.

I have yet to understand why electicity production which we already do not have enough of to power our homes and AI is cleaner and better for car driving than hybrid technology.

I have a pretty good inside and outside corner stitch but i need to figure out how to disengage the cutting blade. Outside circle is pretty good too but my inside circle seems to leave a lot of loose loops. Going to have to figure out the trick of that one.
