그리고 이렇게 덜-아이돌이 되는 과정 속에 있는 태민이 팬들을 덜 사랑하게 되었나? (물론 파라소셜적으로 미쳐있는 일부 팬들은 그렇다 믿고 비이성적으로 서운해 할 순 있겠다만) 정말 황당하고 어이없을 만큼, 마치 신이 어린양을 사랑하듯 여전하더라. 그런데 팬들은 어떤가? 길티라는 케이팝 아이돌 팬 소속사 삼위일체 대 고해성사 폭로물을 내고 그 회사를 나온 그를, 그 뒤 행동으로 보여주는 메시지들을 팬들이 제대로 알아듣고 존중해 주고 있는 건지, 같은 주파수의 사랑을 보내주고 있는 건지, 나는 솔직히 영원히 모르겠다.

태민이 "아이돌의 영역을 벗어났다"고 으레 표현하지만 그 말을 하는 화자가 어느정도 진심이냐에 따라서 이 관점의 이해도도 갈리는 것 같다. (아이돌로서) 팬들이 좋게 봐서 응원, 솔직히 봐서 조종하고 싶어하는 부분들을 점점 벗어나고자 노력해 온 사람이고, 그 점을 성장으로써 강조하는 사람이잖아. 그러면 놓아 주면 된다고. 그제서야 비로소 진정한 "마음에 안 들면 떠나면 된다" 가 가능해진다. 그러면 드디어 평범한 아티스트다.
