The problem with most machine-based random number generators is that they’re not TRULY random, so if you need genuine randomness it is sometimes necessary to link your code to an external random process like a physical noise source or the current rate of US tariffs on a given country.

I think Alan Wake 2 fits that description perfectly, it's an experience.

You'd have to play Alan Wake 1 for context (its gameplay is slightly dated, but still worth it imho) and (optionally?) Control.

The FFVII Remake trilogy is very good, a great hybrid between turn based and action combat. Excellent graphics and story too.

Part 2, Rebirth, is even better in almost every aspect, and is one of the best games I've played in the past years.

The only downside is having to wait years for part 3 🙃

FFXVI is a bit more on the action side and less RPG-heavy than usual for the series. It has very high highs, but also very low lows. But the story is good and it's never overwhelming. You can always try the demo and see if it works for you.

I'd prefer (a), maybe through something like Authentik or similar solutions.

If you would self-host your web analytics stack, how would you prefer to access the frontend (and why):

a) On a public website
b) Locally in your browser (no public deployment)
c) Use a local Electron app

It's kinda funny how network bandwidth has gotten so good that it's better to use the whole network stack rather than a chip inside your own computer.
