Comprehensive genomic characterization of early-stage bladder cancer - Nature Genetics A genomic and transcriptomic analysis of nonmuscle-invasive bladder cancer identifies four molecular subtypes, and associates whole-genome duplication and immune exhaustion with tumor progression.
